Once you placed an order, you will receive an email for an order confirmation with Payment Instructions. Once your payment is received, we will send you a second email confirming your order is now in processing.
In case if we are not able to fulfill your order for some reason or there is a payment problem, then we will contact you.
Once your order/s is in processing it will likely be shipped within 24-48 hours. A shipment confirmation mail will be e-mailed to you accompanied by an order tracking number, order tracking links, and how to contact us if you have any queries.

We can deliver your order to your work, home, PO Box, or APO Address.

We are based offshore in India, and your local Customs treat your order as imported goods. Your order passes through Customs; there might be a delay while they process your order for customs formalities. We suggest you that always allow extra time and order ahead, so during this phase you are not inconvenienced. This delay can be just a few days to 3 weeks in extreme cases before they contact you.
In most cases, once we received your payment, we promptly ship your order within 24-48 hours of you placing it. The delivery times entirely depend on the postal or shipping agencies.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left advising the attempted delivery and how to schedule redelivery of your item or at which post office your order is being held for collection. In most cases, they will hold them there for 4 weeks before they are returned to us.
In case, if customs hold your order for pending import duties, they could hold your order for 3-21 days before contacting you.
If you will not receive your order within the standard delivery time. Please allow us an additional 7 days to establish whether your order is delayed simply, held by customs or indeed lost.
Reshipments and Lost orders
We are happy to reship or refund any lost order If you contact us within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipment/s or refund/s will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks.
We are happy to reship any order that has not been delivered to you but on the following conditions:
An additional 7 days have elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the date of shipment.
The shipping address provided by you is correct.
You will be charged for the replacement of the order, if you have provided an incorrect address, Our billing team contact you with the refund details, once the original order is returned to us. The refund process may take some weeks to months as the “return” postage has not been paid.
Returns and Refunds
For some reason, if your order is damaged in transit or not delivered, we will re-ship your order. If you rather issue a full refund, we will refund your entire amount as per your request.
If however, you received a partial order, then we will issue you a full refund, and then be charged only for the item(s) you received.
We request you allow us 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If after 30 days, you have not received the order, or if you received any notification that your order was on hold or returned to sender, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will act on your request promptly.
